SAVANNAH, Ga. — The SmithCarr Center, Inc. recently launched its new website. The new site, smithcarr.org, is designed to provide news and information for clients and the community.
Since 2009, the SmithCarr Center for Hope, Inc. has provided counseling, advocacy, psycho-education and life skills services. The goal of the SmithCarr Center, Inc. is to assist women and their families to rise above poverty by utilizing proven strategies of support.
